Proper Couscous is prepared only in North Africa, his homeland. A Moroccan friend has demonstrated Gabi in MANroc how real couscous should be steamed, not cooked. In the east of Morocco, we travelled a lot with Rosemarie and Fritz and their 6×6. Together we have mastered some tricky passes and tracks.
