The family Dirk, Timo and Felix are German immigrants who have built up a business here as a family. They are all very friendly and helpful. On their spacious piece of land, they are constantly building up further offers.<\/p>\n

What we liked very much: the newly built campsite, a complete workshop with German professionals for trucks and cars, WiFi Internet, great trust in the people, the will to build something, the personal commitment.<\/p>\n

Where we still see potential for optimization: possibility for eating out as we\u00a0 we have no more water or goods when we are packing and shut down our home, a place to stay when the vehicle is already “wintered”.<\/p>\n

Silvia & Heinz are two very friendly Swiss. They have been doing this business for a very long time and have the necessary experience.<\/p>\n

Prices: Globi USD 55.00 p.M. outside, The vehicle engine will be started and ventilated on request. Transport to the airport by bus approx. 10.00 EUR p.P.<\/p>\n

No credit cards only cash or bank transfer in advance.<\/p>\n

What we liked very much: during the preparation time a bungalow can be rented and the restaurat used. They have a washing machine, water connection, super fast internet. Since there are many other travelers it also creates a very nice atmosphere. The offer makes a very reliable impression.<\/p>\n

What has left us a bit unsettled: There is only the offer to park outside and the place is right next to the sea, which means that the wind always brings salt to the vehicle.<\/p>\n

Rolf, a Uruguayan with Swiss roots, still speaks German and manages above all a hotel with a restaurant. The long-term parking and the campsite is a secondary income. Since the offer has existed for a long time, there are always many travelers to meet here.<\/p>\n

Prices: Longtime Parking outside: 2USD p.d., Camping: 500 UYU p.d., Double room in the hotel: 3’600 UYU<\/p>\n

What we really liked: the hotel facility with restaurant, the very nice campsite with pool, the easy shopping in the village, the storage facilities for various things.<\/p>\n

Where we see potential for improvement: the WIFI works only in the vicinity of the hotel, the vehicles are visible to all restaurant guests, there is no transfer offer and no technical maintenance.<\/p>\n

Sandra and Enrique operate this car park near Colonia and are therefore ideal for people traveling by ferry to Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n

What we really liked was the shuttle offer from Sandra to the ferry and the proximity to Sacrameto,<\/p>\n
