There is a festival for almost everything, what great parties for the sociable people in Argentina. During the hotter months, the festivals tend to be in the south of the country and when it gets a little colder, in the north. We visited the sheep shearing festival, \u201cFestival Nacional de la Esquila\u201d, in Rio Mayo. The best sheep shearer in Argentina is spotted during this festival. However, the rodeo, which is also part of the festival, is much more spectacular. Understandable, because the shepherds are also gauchos.
