But in the Etosha Pan it is very easy to be lucky. For every Africa traveller big cats such as lion and leopard are an absolute &#8220;must&#8221;. We lived to see them next to our vehicle. Impressive were also the hyena and especially sweet the very young jackals. We travelled in the rainy season, which means that the animals don\u2019t go necessarily to the water holes because there is enough water in the bush.
